Hullen Shipping Information:

  • Global Shipping: Hullen proudly offers international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

  • Shipping Locations: Our products are shipped from various sweat-free factories around the world. Please anticipate separate shipments if you order multiple items.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on location and the chosen method. We provide free shipping with an estimated time of approximately 12 business days for worldwide destinations. However, certain factors, such as holiday seasons, may extend shipping times. We recommend avoiding holiday season purchases if timely delivery is critical.

  • Customs Fees: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred upon arrival in your country. By purchasing our products, you accept that one or more packages may incur customs fees.

  • Partial Shipments: Due to logistical considerations, items from the same order may be sent separately, even if combined shipping is chosen.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within five days of your order, please contact us.

  • Uninformative Tracking: For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update. If more than five business days have passed since your order, and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.

  • Changing Address: We can amend your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing it. However, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please ensure your address is entered accurately in English.

  • Non-Receipt of Order Confirmation: If you have not received an order confirmation, please check if your email address was entered correctly. In the order process, we send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice.

  • Lost Orders: If it has been more than 6 weeks and you have not received your order, please contact us, and we will address the issue.

  • Partial Shipment: Items may arrive at different times since they ship from various parts of the world.
