Refund Policy

We understand that the pursuit of the perfect gear can sometimes require multiple attempts. If, however, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a comprehensive return policy. It's important to note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, with exceptions made for cases of our error or a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in pristine, like-new condition, including all parts, tags, and instructional materials. Furthermore, these items should be in a resalable state. Eligible returns should be postmarked within 30 days of their receipt by the buyer, or no later than 45 days after their initial shipment. It's important to emphasize that we do not facilitate refunds or exchanges for custom, discontinued, clearance, or closeout items, except in instances of our error or an undisclosed defect.
